Miles With a Mission

Riding is the fun part. Service is the point. Everything on this page exists because veterans, children, and families in our community needed something — and riders decided to do something about it.

What We Support

Our Charitable Programs

Two signature programs, rooted right here in Sanford and Mid-Michigan.

Teddy Bear Run

Comfort delivered on two wheels.

Riders gather new stuffed animals and deliver them to the William F. McNally Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw, Michigan — so a child facing a hospital stay, an emergency, or a hard day has something soft to hold onto. It's one of the simplest things we do and one of the most meaningful.

  • Bring a new, tagged stuffed animal to ride
  • Route and staging details announced before each run
  • Non-riders welcome to donate and volunteer

Toyz For Kidz

Making sure local kids aren't overlooked.

100% of the toys collected stay in Midland County for Midland County families. Our toy collection brings riders, families, businesses, and the American Legion Family together to gather toys for children in the Sanford area, and collection sites, dates, and most-needed items are shared each season.

  • New, unwrapped toys for a range of ages
  • Community drop-off partners welcome
  • Volunteers needed for shopping and sorting
